Hua Hin Triathlon & Running Squad

Experience the best of beach, hill, and indoor training with our local running and triathlon squad in Hua Hin, Thailand

Our squad consists of passionate individuals who strive to improve their running and triathlon skills on a regular basis.

We've put together a comprehensive list of all our weekly training sessions and the training plans that we have in place to help our squad members achieve their fitness and triathlon-related goals. Please find the details below:

Wednesday

  • Time: 5 PM - 6 PM

  • Location: Suan Soan Pradipat Station

  • Training Plan: Brick Bike Intervals + Run Off

Thursday:

  • Time: 5 PM - 7 PM

  • Location: Seapine Beach Entrance

  • Training Plan: Run Group Session (all levels)

Friday:

  • Time: 11 AM

  • Location: Thanarat Army Camp

  • Training Plan: Swim Group Session (INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED)

Our training plans are designed to cover all three aspects of triathlon: swimming, cycling, and running. We understand the importance of cross-training, which is why we've included strength and hill workouts in our weekly plan.

We believe that every individual has unique fitness goals, which is why our coach is available to offer personalized guidance and support to help our squad members achieve their goals.
